I have to work tomorrow, which will take out of my gym time. I could go before work, but then I will be to exhausted to work, so I may go after. Either way, work will be a workout and I will still be walking the dogs after work.
I don't believe they are open for holidays, but I should check because i would like to go Thursday. If not, thats fine, because I planned on only going 5 days a week, and so those two days will be my days off.
Its only day 2, so i'm worried about taking two days off already. And one of my problems with failure is that I'm scared that I'm gonna stop going. I just have to keep telling myself why I am going over and over again. Thats one thing that gets me going when I'm working out.
Food has been good. I have been eating fruits and vegies and good cereal in the morning. But yesterday I think I ate too much, even though it was healthy food, I have to not eat so much. But boredom makes me eat.
I really want this to happen for me and sitting here writing this is making me excited for end results, so I believe writing everyday will help :)
