Its been forever since I have written, but I have done quite well lately. I have been going to the gym everyday, except for the weekend. Everyone needs a little time off.
I have lost 3 lbs so far. and yes sure i was hoping it would be at least 5, since its been at least 2 week, but thats ok. I enjoy going to the gym! And im glad it has worked out that way.
I have tried going before, and just didnt like it, but now I feel that its time, and because its time, i enjoy doing it.
I don't have too much to say, even though it has been soo long.
Im going out of town for a week, so i wont make it to the gym, i have a feeling i'll go through withdrawls haha, and maybe gain that 3 lbs back because I'm sure my eating isn't gonna be the greatest, but I'm gonna try to eat the best I can

1 week 1 day (July 6 2010)
So I don't have the internet anymore so I am unable to write on my blog everyday. I am going to do it as much as I can. I went to the gym Sunday, Monday and today. Today I ended up waking up at 6:30 so I went with my roommate cause she can only go only in the morning. She showed me what kind of workout she does because her friend goes to the gym all the time so she knows what she is doing. It was hard, not super hard, but I feel that it will do what needs to be done.
By the end of the workout I was sweating like crazy, which is a good thing. I weighed myself yesterday and only lost 0.4lbs. Its a little upsetting but I could be gaining muscle. And though I'm still not eating right (I'm eating the right foods but not at the right times a day) I feel that I should be losing some weight soon. I want to lose 10 lbs by September 18th cause I have a wedding to go to, and I believe thats a possible amount to lose as well as I will look good even only after 10lbs. I went out drinking for a few days and didn't eat competely healthy food but I didn't go crazy and eat horribly bad stuff which is awesome

Day 5 july 1 2010
Well today I will not be going to the gym. I was up late/early drinking last night and well I can barely do anything let alone go to the gym. I will not be back home till tomorrow afternoon, so I'm thinking I will go when i get home tomorrow, If not I will walk the dogs and start fresh Sunday morning, But i would really like to try and get in tomorrow night.
I ate a greasy sandwich this morning, but I had some beef and barley soup which is good, But I didnt eat a lot. so that should be fine.
The one problem with all this weight loss stuff is that it takes time. And it takes forever to start seeing any decent amount of change, but I hope I don't fail. I have failed so much in the past and would love to succeed this time. Hence the reason for the blog so I can get everything out and maybe it will help.

Day 4 (July 1 2010)
So I didn't write yesterday, because I forgot haha. I didn't end up going to the gym cause I worked all day, and that was a workout in itself. I ate healthy and went grocery shopping again. I was so tempted to grab Mcdonalds but i held back.
My friend came into town yesterday and I went to see her and there were chips and such on the table for everyone to eat, but I stayed away. I know it wouldn't have been bad to have acouple but once I start I usually can't stop so I thought it better to stay away.
Today I went to the gym at 9, it was only open 9 till 5 today, but I'm glad it was open so I could go. I wanted to keep on it.
I been eating yoghurt and fresh berries everyday, and its sooo delicious. Probably one of my fav things to eat thats healthy. :)
