Why do I plan on losing weight be being healthier?
1- I would like to feel better about myself
2- I am actually overweight (obviously not by much)
3- I have bad anxiety and they say that if you exercise and eat better, it can help with your anxiety
My Goals
1- to lose 15 pounds by September
2- to lose at least 40lbs in a year
3- to have a healthier lifestyle
4- to just get in shape in general
My Plan
1- Go to the gym at least 4 - 5 times a week
2- Drink at least 3-4 glasses of water a day (compared the the 1 a week i drink now)
3- Eat healthier. More fruits and vegetables, no more take out, less alcohol
4- Weigh in once a week
Weight to date = 183lbs
Today was the first day at the gym. I woke up this morning and knew I had to go, knew I was going to go but I just lay there and thought oh i just wanna sleep a little more longer, just a little more longer. I finally got out of bed, though I did get up way before I planned on getting up. The hardest part, just like everyone says, is getting to the gym and walking in the door. Once i was on the first machine, I was so glad to be there. I put on my music and just went at it. I thought I would stay for an hour, then realized that maybe 45 minutes would do, because I have not worked out in so long, i knew that if I stayed too long I would not be able to move the next day. When i was done, I felt amazing! It was a great feeling. But once again tomorrow I will have the same problem, just trying to get the gym.
