1 week 1 day (July 6 2010)

So I don't have the internet anymore so I am unable to write on my blog everyday. I am going to do it as much as I can. I went to the gym Sunday, Monday and today. Today I ended up waking up at 6:30 so I went with my roommate cause she can only go only in the morning. She showed me what kind of workout she does because her friend goes to the gym all the time so she knows what she is doing. It was hard, not super hard, but I feel that it will do what needs to be done.
By the end of the workout I was sweating like crazy, which is a good thing. I weighed myself yesterday and only lost 0.4lbs. Its a little upsetting but I could be gaining muscle. And though I'm still not eating right (I'm eating the right foods but not at the right times a day) I feel that I should be losing some weight soon. I want to lose 10 lbs by September 18th cause I have a wedding to go to, and I believe thats a possible amount to lose as well as I will look good even only after 10lbs. I went out drinking for a few days and didn't eat competely healthy food but I didn't go crazy and eat horribly bad stuff which is awesome
